Data controller
The data collected on this site is processed by the ASMB Taijiquan association, a registered non-profit (French loi 1901). For any question about your data, you can contact us via the link at the bottom of this page.
Data collected and purposes
We only collect the data you send us voluntarily:
- Contact form: your name, email address and message, in order to respond to your request.
- Workshop registration: the information entered in the registration form, in order to manage your participation.
The online membership form works entirely within your browser: no membership data is transmitted to or stored on our servers. Once printed, the document is handed to the association in person.
Legal basis
The processing of your data is based on measures taken at your request (responding to a contact request, managing a registration) and on the association's legitimate interest in ensuring the smooth running of its activities.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as strictly necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, then deleted.
Cookies and trackers
This site uses no audience-measurement cookies or advertising trackers. The location map (OpenStreetMap / Leaflet) and embedded videos are loaded without setting any cookie; fonts are hosted on our own server, with no third-party call.
Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to us via our contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
